Social Media Manager, Freelancer

We are looking for a creative individual with experience and passion for social media and online communities.


  • Developing impactful content strategies that are aligned and integrated (where possible) with other non-digital marketing plans
  • Integrating Promotion, Engagement, and Conversion strategies
  • Leveraging technology and social innovations in the market and integrating into content strategies
  • Creating and executing the content calendar
  • Managing social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
  • Creating effective and consistent ‘brand stories’ on social media
  • Curating relevant content to reach the right audience
  • Writing editorial content in social and brand-relevant tone
  • Monitoring, listening, and responding to users in a social and brand-relevant way. Implementing proactive strategy for capturing consumer online reviews and comments in action-oriented manner
  • Conducting online advocacy and encouraging the ‘Social Graph’ and ‘brand contagion’
  • Developing and expanding community and/or blogger outreach efforts
  •  Client service and management for all social media campaigns and operations
  • Overseeing design and visual content (e.g. cover pages and profile pages, thumbnails, ads, etc.)
  • Curating and/or creating compelling and effective visual content that is aligned with brand strategies
  • Setting clear objectives and success metrics for all activities and campaigns

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the foundations of traditional marketing and recent experience in digital and social media marketing
  • Demonstrates creativity and effective campaigns in social media and content marketing
  • Exhibits ability to move with ease between creative side of marketing to data-driven, analytical side, demonstrating that creative ideas are data-driven and analytically sound
  • Displays in-depth understanding and passion for social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Maintains excellent English writing and spoken skills, as well as interpersonal communication skills
  • Possesses relevant software and technical knowledge and experience to execute social media programs, of which the critical are Adobe Photoshop, Facebook and Google advertising dashboards.
  • Is an adaptable team player

Digital Marketing Manager



  • Developing, executing and delivering digital marketing programs for our clients, with special emphasis on Search strategies and Search campaigns
  • Setting up and managing operations and post-campaign reporting across project platforms (search, social, display, web, mobile)
  • Prospecting for new business – encompassing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and negotiation
  • Developing pitch presentations and program proposals
  • Fine-tuning and improving the sales/pitch process and internal marketing material
  • Supporting digital/web marketing initiatives for own department and as well as other internal business units under the Omni Marketing Group 


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Business or Marketing
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), online marketing, and/or social media marketing
  • Ability to set up, execute, and develop post-campaign reporting using Google Adwords and Facebook advertising
  • Ability to set up, run, and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics
  • Experience working in an agency or client-side consumer branding environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how it can be used to support and develop brands
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong client-facing skills; able to work with clients to understand needs and issues
  • Adept at multi-tasking; committed to developing new business and managing live client projects
  • Ability to work in a fast, flexible and nimble working environment
  • Constantly aware of new methodologies and technologies, having a desire to cultivate and develop new skills in the field of digital marketing
